Conveniently located near Barnes Bridge train station, with easy access to the rest of South West London, planning your event with us is completely stress-free (because we’ve thought of everything). The Bar is without a doubt the beating heart of the pub (and, let’s be honest, home to some of the most envy-worthy views in SW13). We’re all about creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere where everyone – big and small -can join in the fun (because what’s a great time without the whole family?). While we love seeing little ones enjoy themselves, we do kindly ask that any under-18s head off by 8pm, so the grown-ups can enjoy a relaxing, laid-back evening (a little quieter, but just as fun!).

Why not add a fun-filled, expertly-led cocktail masterclass to your party for that extra wow factor (because who doesn’t love learning how to shake things up – literally)? It’s the perfect way to impress your guests with hands-on, sip-worthy creations, adding a dash of interactive, cocktail-shaking fun to your event that everyone will be talking about for years to come.

We held our wedding reception in the beautiful upstairs room at the White Hart. It was perfect from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. They even bought new speakers so the music was spot on for dancing. They allowed us to decorate the venue the night before which meant we had time to make it beautiful. We hired out the middle floor with balconys looking over the river. Beautiful Space. Incredible staff. Yummy canapés. Very accommodating. The staff and managers were amazing. Really helpful with our requests before and after the event including early access to the room to decorate. Great communication throughout the day (without smothering us at the same time). Bar staff were super friendly, helpful and fun all afternoon. We really really could not recommend hosting an event here more. A day to remember for sure – THANK YOU to all the team at White Hart. The all-important details

How many people can I book for?

We can host a fun-filled, cosy meal for up to 40 guests in our charming Terrace Kitchen with panoramic riverside views and up to 50 if you are after something a bit more casual. Fancy hosting your party in the heart of our pub? We can host up to 25 of your favourite faces in our spacious Bar area. Beyond that, things might get a bit elbow-to-elbow (and we want everyone to have plenty of wiggle room). We’re family-friendly until 8pm.

Can I book for nibbles and drinks?

Of course! We’re all about laid-back, fun-filled drinks and nibbles parties – it’s kind of our thing! With gorgeous spots both upstairs and downstairs with riverside views (ideal for those must-have family snaps), our casual get-togethers are the recipe for the perfect party vibes.

Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?

You bet! For all our private or semi private bookings, we just need a fully refundable deposit to lock in your reservation – consider it a high-five to secure your spot.

Do you have parking?

We don’t have parking, but don’t worry – our super-convenient, just-around-the-corner pub is only a hop, skip, and jump from Barnes Bridge Station (making us a breeze to find).
